Motorcycle Towing in Las Vegas
Motorcycles require specialized transport because they cannot stand or balance on their own. Economy Towing provides safe, damage-free motorcycle towing throughout Las Vegas and surrounding cities for riders dealing with sudden flat tires, dead batteries, or accident damage.

When You Need Motorcycle Towing
Motorcycle towing is for situations where the bike cannot be ridden safely or needs to be transported without adding mileage or risk. Common reasons to call include:
- Your motorcycle broke down
- Your bike will not start
- Your motorcycle was involved in an accident
- You have a flat tire
- The chain, belt, clutch, or transmission failed
- The bike overheated
- The battery is dead
- The motorcycle is stuck in a parking lot, garage, driveway, or roadside area
- The bike needs to go to a repair shop, dealership, home, storage unit, or buyer
- You need local motorcycle transport for a planned move
If the motorcycle is on a busy road, freeway shoulder, casino parking area, apartment complex, or unsafe location, move yourself away from traffic first. The bike can be handled after you are safe.

How Motorcycle Towing Works
Call (702) 498-1063 and provide your location, motorcycle type, issue, and drop-off destination. If you do not know the exact address, use a business name, casino name, cross streets, freeway exit, mile marker, or map pin.
Before loading, the driver checks the bike’s condition, access, tire position, handlebar clearance, and whether the motorcycle can roll. The motorcycle is then loaded and secured for transport.
Proper motorcycle transport usually depends on stable loading, balanced positioning, and secure tie-down points. Motorcycle hauling guides commonly emphasize wheel chocks, straps, and checking securement before transport because bikes can shift if they are not properly stabilized.
The goal is simple: move the motorcycle without dropping it, scraping it, stressing the suspension, damaging fairings, or letting it shift during the ride.

Motorcycle Towing FAQs
-
Can you tow a motorcycle with an active security alarm?
Yes, but you need to disable it or place it in "transport mode" before we pull away. If an aftermarket or factory alarm stays active, the motion of the tow truck can trigger the siren and flashing lights for the entire trip, which may drain the bike’s battery before it reaches the destination. If you do not have the key fob or know how to disable the system, let us know immediately. We may need to pull the main fuse to keep the alarm from blaring during transport. Before we arrive, look up your bike’s manual for transport mode and keep the key or fob accessible in case the alarm triggers while the bike is being positioned.
-
Do you accept roadside assistance plans or insurance?
We operate as an independent towing provider, so payment is collected directly at the time of service by cash or card. If you have roadside assistance through AAA, your motorcycle insurance company, or a manufacturer group, you may need to pay first and submit an itemized receipt for reimbursement. Every policy has different limits for motorcycle towing mileage, coverage type, and out-of-network reimbursement. If you need the receipt to include details such as exact mileage, pickup location, breakdown location, or delivery address, tell us when calling so the driver can log it correctly.
-
Will the tie-down straps damage my handlebars or custom paint?
They should not if the bike is strapped down correctly. A common mistake is hooking metal ratchet straps directly onto chrome handlebars, painted parts, or fairings, which can scratch surfaces or bend parts under tension. We use soft loops around structural points, such as the lower triple trees or rear frame, so metal hooks stay away from the paint, chrome, tank, and bodywork. We also watch suspension compression carefully because overtightening the forks can damage fork seals. The straps should be tight enough to stop side-to-side sway without crushing the suspension.
-
What happens if it is raining or snowing? Is my bike protected?
Unless you specifically arrange for an enclosed trailer, standard emergency motorcycle towing is usually done on an open flatbed. That means the bike may be exposed to the same weather it would face if it were being ridden on the road. If the motorcycle has accident damage, exposed wiring, missing body panels, a torn seat, or exposed internal parts, tell us before pickup. Sensitive areas may need to be covered with plastic wrap or a secure tarp before loading to help reduce exposure to rainwater, road grit, or debris during transport.
-
How do I know my bike will not tip over on the back of the truck?
This is one of the biggest concerns for riders because a motorcycle cannot stand on its own during transport. We help prevent tipping by using a front-wheel chock to hold the bike straight and upright before the straps are attached. Once the front tire is positioned in the chock, we use balanced, multi-point tie-downs on both sides of the frame to create even support. The goal is to immobilize the motorcycle so it moves with the truck instead of shifting separately. The bike is checked for stability before transport begins.
